The Lally Arena lights run over 6,000 hours annually, which is equivalent to over 250 days. Additionally, many of the old lighting fixtures were originals from 1960. In 2023, all interior lighting in the Lally Athletic Complex was replaced with LED fixtures. The new fixtures have dimming capability which will provide additional savings and help prolong the lifetime of the fixtures. These fixtures will reduce emissions by 100 MTCO2e a year.
